Aging Well Solutions offers support to individuals and senior-serving organizations. With over 35 years of experience in senior living from hands-on care and facilitating resident engagement, helping guide older adults who are considering retirement living options, and strategic planning for organizations, Kathy Foster has dedicated her career to supporting adults as they age.
The mission of Aging Well Solutions is to provide guidance to seniors and their families as they navigate senior living options and provide support to senior-serving organizations, with a goal to “age well.”
About Kathy Foster
Kathy has worked in the senior living industry for over thirty five years. She has served in many capacities including nursing, medical records auditing, recreational therapy, retirement counseling, marketing and sales management, and strategic planning. Having hands-on experience in addition to the administrative and management responsibilities has enabled Kathy to have a better understanding of what seniors experience as they age and approach healthcare and senior living decisions, and how senior living professionals can best meet the needs of their prospects and future residents.
In a consulting role, Kathy has provided support to Life Plan communities in their marketing and sales efforts, prospect engagement, strategic planning, and hiring for key marketing and sales positions.
And guess what? She is also experiencing aging herself and plans to do it well.
